Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Balsamic Chicken.

Step 2:
Cut pita bread in half, then slice down the middle to open it up and allow for a pocket for all of the delicious stuffings to go into.
Evenly spread 2 Tablespoons of hummus on inside of pita bread. Then stuff with spinach, Beehive Meals Balsamic Chicken, red onions, tomatoes, and feta.
Serve with a side of your favorite french fries or chips, some fruit, and enjoy!
