Our gluten-free meals are prepared on a separate day from our regular menu to avoid cross-contamination. During this dedicated prep day, our kitchen is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and only gluten-free ingredients are allowed through the door. We double-check all ingredients to ensure they’re truly gluten-free—because “mostly” gluten-free doesn’t cut it.

Because of our new collaboration with Clean Monday Meals, a trusted name in the gluten-free community, we’re able to offer even more gluten-free options in every menu. Founded by Janae Cox, Clean Monday Meals was born out of her personal health journey. After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease and PCOS in 2014, Janae began sharing her gluten- and dairy-free recipes online. What started as a simple Instagram page has grown into a vibrant community and resource for clean, allergen-conscious cooking. We love being able to include her recipes and ingredients in our meals each month.
