1/2 Cup Cheddar cheese, grated
2 Bacon slices, cooked & cut in half

1 1/2 Cups Cheddar cheese, grated
6 Bacon slices, cooked & cut in half

4 Tablespoons Dijon or seeded mustard
2 Cups Cheddar cheese, grated
8 Bacon slices, cooked & cut in half

Instructions

1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Beehive Meals Chicken Cordon Bleu.

2. Spread butter on 2 slices of bread, on the other side spread mustard.

3. In a preheated skillet add 1 slice of bread, butter side down and fill with cooked Chicken Cordon Bleu, cheese and bacon slices.

4. Add the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.

5. Add the other slice fo bread on top, buttered side up.

6. Grill, flipping once to melt cheese, and bread is lightly toasted.

7. Remove from the skillet and slice in half.
