1/3 head of lettuce, shredded
3 Tablespoons red onion, diced

1 1/3 cups chickepeas, drained
2/3 cucumber, diced
1 1/13 tomatoes, diced
2/3 head of lettuce, shredded
1/3 red onion, diced

Ingredients

4 cups Beehive Meals Greek Pork
2 cups chickpeas, drained
1 cucumber, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 head of lettuce, shredded
1/2 red onion, diced 

Ingredients

5  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Greek Pork
2 2/3 cups chickpeas, drained
1 1/3 cucumber, diced
2 2/3 tomatoes, diced
1 1/13 head of lettuce, shredded
2/3 red onion, diced

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Greek Pork.

2. Add spring mix to individual plates, or add all of the ingredients to a bowl and toss to serve family-style. Top with Beehive Meals Greek Pork, chickpeas, diced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, red onions, kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce, or your favorite vinaigrette!
