6 Pineapple Rings, fresh or canned, drained
3 Tablespoons Butter, melted

Instructions
1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Beehive Meals Huli Huli Chicken.
2. Grill or saute the slices of pineapple.
3. While the pineapple is browning, combine the melted butter and brown sugar (in the microwave) to make a sweet drizzle.
4. As soon as pineapple is golden brown on each side, immediately brush with butter/brown sugar glaze.
5. Assemble the sandwich by placing prepared coleslaw on the bottom bun of the brioche roll.
6. Top with cooked Huli Huli Chicken then add the pineapple slice and top with the other half of the bun.
