
Cilantro Lime Chicken Breakfast Bowl

Our slow cooked and flavorful Cilantro Lime Chicken served as a delicious and protein packed breakfast bowl with crispy hashbrowns, egg whites, and sautéed veggies!

2 Servings Beehive Meals Cilantro Lime Chicken
1 Cup Hashbrowns, cubed
1 Cup Egg whites
1/2 Red Bell pepper, diced small
Baby spinach leaves, to taste
Pepper jack cheese, grated, to taste

3 Cups Hashbrowns, cubed
3 Cups Egg whites
1 1/2 Red Bell peppers, diced small
Baby spinach leaves, to taste

4 Cups Hashbrowns, cubed

Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Cilantro Lime Chicken.
2. In a large sauté pan, heat oil/butter then add hashbrowns and season if desired.
3. Allow potatoes to crisp on the bottom for about 5-7 minutes, turn and crisp for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Add diced red bell pepper and Cilantro Lime Chicken.
5. Push mixture to one side of the pan and add a little more oil.
6. Add egg whites and cook until desired doneness then add spinach and cheese.
7. Heat until everything is warmed through.
8. Remove from the skillet to a serving dish then add more cheese if desired.
