Golden, flaky pizza crust stuffed with cheesy pizza pasta and baked to perfection, served with marinara for dipping for a fun, family-friendly twist on pizza night.

2 Pizza crusts (portioned into 4 pieces)
1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Marinara (if desired for dipping), to taste
Egg wash, (egg + water)

6 Pizza crusts (portioned into 4 pieces)
1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Marinara (if desired for dipping), to taste
Egg wash, (egg + water)

8 Pizza crusts (portioned into 4 pieces)
2 Cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Marinara (if desired for dipping), to taste
Egg wash, (egg + water)

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Pizza Pasta.

2. Roll pizza crust on a floured surface and cut into 4 equal square portions.

3. Add Pizza Pasta (removing as much of the liquid as possible) to one side of the crust (leaving a 1" space along the sides and top with mozzarella cheese.

4. Fold the other side of the crust over the filling and press edges with a fork to seal. 

5. Place pizza pockets on a parchment lined baking sheet then brush lightly with egg wash.

6. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

7. Remove from the oven and serve pockets with a side of marinara for dipping.
