12 oz Penne, prepared
3/4 Cup Green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Red onion, chopped
3/4 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
1/4 Cup + 2 Tabelspoons Black olives, sliced
2 Cups Mozzarella cheese, grated

1 Cup Green bell pepper, chopped
2/4 Red onion, chopped
1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
2/4 Cup Black olives, sliced
2 1/2 Cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Pizza Pasta.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients (except cheese) and toss to combine.
3. Place mixture in a sprayed baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
4. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
