1 large bell pepper, sliced in half
2/3 cup Mexican style rice
2/3 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

2 large bell peppers, sliced in half
1 1/3 cups Mexican style rice
1 1/3 cups shredded pepper jack cheese

4 cups Beehive Meals Southwest Shredded Beef
3 large bell peppers, sliced in half
2 cups Mexican style rice
2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese

Ingredients

5 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Southwest Shredded Beef
4 large bell peppers, sliced in hlaf
2 2/3 cups Mexican style rice
2 2/3 cups shredded pepper jack cheese

Instructions

1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Southwest Shredded Beef.

2. Slice pepper in half lengthwise, salt and pepper then arrange in sprayed 9x13.

3. To finished beef mixture, stir in cooked rice and spoon filling into peppers. 

4. Top with cheese then Bake 350 for 45 minutes or until peppers are fork tender and cheese is browned.
