Meal Variations

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Approximately 8-10 minutes to cook

Approximately 15-20 minutes to cook (depending on preferred doneness of beef)

1. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours prior to cooking.

2. Preheat flat top to medium-high heat and coat with desired amount of neutral oil.

3. Remove steaks and lay flat on flat top, discard excess marinade.

4. Cook steaks to preferred doneness, flipping and rotating throughout. Remove from flat top and cover to let rest.

5. Slice meat to desired thickness and serve.

Serving Suggestion: Serve inside a tortilla and top with shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, salsa and fresh lime juice.
